Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel rooms featured a top-class chef that created spacious and comfortable accommodations, though my sleep was disturbed by a wedding party noise until 3:00 AM. The room was unexpectedly cold, even with the air conditioning off, but I didn't notify the staff about it.
The hotel's location is perfect for accessing the airport and close to my meetings. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but the temperature was unusually cold even with the air conditioning off. The service, especially from Khaled and Ibrahim at the Front Desk, was outstanding and helpful.
The hotel has its positives and negatives. The rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable, but the inconvenience of having to switch off the electricity to turn off the light was a downside. Additionally, the late-night disturbance from a wedding party downstairs affected my sleep quality.
During my stay, I found the hotel to have spacious rooms with a nice design, although the cleanliness of the bedding was an issue. The service was friendly and welcoming overall, but didn't always come across as professional. The location was convenient for both the city center and the airport, but areas like banquet staff needed improvement. The dining experience offered a variety of items, but some aspects, like serving leftovers from the previous meal during Ramadan, were disappointing.
